传统的口岸通关模式已经无法适应国际贸易的便利化要求,于是"单一窗口"成为解决当前我国口岸执法体制和机制问题的必然选择。同时,也是智慧口岸建设的重要路径。经过几年的建设和运维,国家"单一窗口"建设在促进贸易便利化和改善口岸营商环境方面取得了显著成效,但综合来看还存在大数据应用不充分、智能化服务不足等问题。未来应该积极利用物联网、大数据及区块链等技术,为"智慧口岸"提供主要的技术支撑,为"单一窗口"提供更智慧化的服务。

The traditional mode of port clearance has been unable to meet the requirements of international trade facilitation,so "single window" has become the inevitable choice to solve the current problems of China’s port law enforcement system and mechanism. It is also an important path for the construction of smart parts. After several years of construction, operation and maintenance, the national "single window" construction has made remarkable achievements in promoting trade facilitation and improving the port business environment. However, in general, there are still problems such as insufficient application of big data and insufficient intelligent services. In the future, the Internet of Things, big data, blockchain and other technologies should be actively utilized to provide the main technical support for the "smart ports" and provide more intelligent services for the "single window".
