摘要 针对大型客机发动机采用高涵道比、先进燃烧室等诸多新技术对发动机空中起动能力的影响,本文提出了验证发动机空中起动能力较为详细的适航审定要求。通过分析选择发动机空中起动包线中的临界试验点,依据应用场景确定临界试验状态,并考虑支持系统的适航审定要求,根据飞机对发动机空中起动能力的容忍程度,确定符合性判据。通过在某大型客机上的实践验证,该适航审定要求能较为全面有效地验证发动机空中起动能力,指出了在发动机起动能力不足时可能出现的问题,对验证发动机起动能力的适航符合性有一定的指导意义。 Based on many new technologies such as high bypass ratio and advanced combustion chamber applied on large aircraft engine which impact engine restart capability in flight, this paper proposes a more detailed airworthiness certification requirements for verifying the capability of the engine restart in flight. By selecting the critical test point in the engine restart envelope, determining critical test conditions according to application scenario, considering the airworthiness certification requirements of the relevant support systems, the compliance criterion is determined according to the aircraft’s tolerance for the ability of the engine restart in flight. Through practical verification on a large passenger aircraft, the airworthiness certification requirements can comprehensively and effectively verify the engine restart capability in flight, which has certain guiding significance for verifying the airworthiness clause 25.903(e).
