火龙罐守关走营治疗妇科疾病理论探微

王海东主任医师根据多年临床经验,依据《素问·骨空论》"督脉生病治督脉,治在骨上,甚者在脐下营"这一论述,提出了火龙罐"守关走营"的施罐方法,即以灸疗关元穴为主,同时施罐于"脐下营"所指部位的一种中医外治法,并将其广泛应用于妇科诸疾的治疗,极大的开拓了火龙罐的治疗思路,且疗效显著,该文就火龙罐"守关走营"治疗妇科病的机理展开分析。

Based on many years of clinical experience and the statement in“Plain question,bone theoretical”that“the disease of the governor vessel is treated on the bone,even under the umbilical camp”,Chief Physician WANG Haidong proposed the cupping method of“guarding the pass and moving the camp”with fire dragon cupping,that is,moxibustion at Guanyuan point is the main method,and cupping at the part of“umbilicus camp”at the same time,And it is widely used in the treatment of gynecological diseases,which greatly opens up the treatment idea of fire dragon cupping,and the curative effect is significant.This paper analyzes the mechanism of fire dragon cupping in the treatment of gynecological diseases.
