近10年针灸治疗脑卒中英文文献计量学及可视化分析

Stroke Treated with Acupuncture based on Web of Science from 2010 to 2020:a Bibliometric and Visualization Analysis

目的:了解近10年针灸治疗脑卒中的研究热点、前沿与新兴领域(英文文献)。方法:制定检索式,以Web of Science数据库为文献来源,运用CiteSpace科学文献可视化分析软件进行知识图谱分析,文献追溯。结果:共检索到533篇文献。研究国家(地区)主要是中国大陆、中国台湾以及美国。福建中医药大学、北京中医药大学、中国医科大学是研究机构前三甲。研究者合作图谱呈现多个研究者群,各群内部合作广泛,各群之间联系较少。《STROKE》杂志是引文数最高的期刊。研究学科主要在综合医学与补充医学、神经科学神经病学,分子生物学及康复医学对此领域也有深入,呈现多学科合作态势。CiteSpace分析到多篇重要文献,涉及针灸治疗卒中的系统评价,电针对卒中患者认知能力、生活质量及部分功能的临床研究,以及分子蛋白通路水平的基础研究。针灸改善脑卒中功能康复的机制研究特别是神经再生机制是研究热点。动物造模、不同的针刺方法均有较多研究,针灸治疗卒中的氧化应激机制,神经炎症机制、运动功能恢复是主要研究前沿。通过突现词探测得到近10年针灸治疗脑卒中研究的21个突现词,可大致分为个4阶段:第1阶段2010-2013年,主要是电针治疗脑缺血的临床试验;第2阶段2011-2013年,针灸治疗脑卒中的脑保护机制;2014-2018年,以功能核磁为研究手段、以神经再生为切入点对针灸治疗脑卒中机制的研究爆发式增长;2017至今,针灸治疗卒中后认知障碍,以及从细胞凋亡入手的基础研究明显增加,是研究的新兴领域。结论:针灸改善脑卒中功能康复的机制研究特别是神经再生机制是研究热点。针灸治疗卒中的氧化应激机制,神经炎症机制、运动功能恢复是主要研究前沿。针灸治疗卒中后认知障碍及针灸治疗脑卒中相关细胞凋亡机制研究是研究的新兴领域。

Objective:To understand the research hotspots,frontiers and emerging fields of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke in the past 10 years(English literature).Methods:Formulate a search style,use the Web of Science database as the source of the literature,and use the CiteSpace scientific literature visualization analysis software to analyze the knowledge map and trace the literature.Results:A total of 533 articles were retrieved.The research countries are mainly China,Taiwan,and the United States.Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and China Medical University are among the top three research institutions.The researcher cooperation map presents multiple researcher groups,each group has extensive internal cooperation,and there are few connections between each group.“STROKE”magazine is the journal with the highest number of citations.The research disciplines are mainly integrated medicine and complementary medicine,neuroscience and neurology,molecular biology and rehabilitation medicine also have in-depth in this field,showing a situation of multidisciplinary cooperation.CiteSpace analyzed a number of important documents,involving systematic reviews of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of stroke,clinical studies of electroacupuncture on the cognitive ability,quality of life and some functions of stroke patients,and basic research on the level of molecular protein pathways.Research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion to improve the rehabilitation of stroke function,especially the mechanism of nerve regeneration is a research hotspot.There are many studies on animal modeling and different acupuncture methods.The oxidative stress mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of stroke,the mechanism of neuritis,and the recovery of motor function are the main research frontiers.Through the detection of emergent words,21 emergent words in acupuncture treatment of stroke in the past 10 years can be obtained,which can be roughly divided into 4 stages:Phase 12010-2013,mainly clinical trials of electroacupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemia;Phase 2 From 2011 to 2013,the brain protection mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke;from 2014 to 2018,the research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke with functional MRI as the research method and nerve regeneration as the starting point increased exponentially;from 2017 to the present,acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke Post-cognitive impairment and basic research starting from apoptosis have increased significantly,which is an emerging field of research.Conclusion:The research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion to improve the rehabilitation of stroke function,especially the mechanism of nerve regeneration,is a research hotspot.The oxidative stress mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of stroke,the mechanism of neuritis,and the recovery of motor function are the main research frontiers.Acupuncture treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment and acupuncture treatment of stroke-related cell apoptosis mechanisms are emerging areas of research.
