摘要
目的:总结方朝晖教授应用中药治疗高尿酸血症的临证经验。方法:将方朝晖教授采用治疗的高尿酸血症患者的一般资料及中药处方信息录入临床科研一体化系统,通过关联规则、频数分析、等方法观察中药的核心药物、关联组合、使用频次等。结果:纳入了125例患者及其处方,中药使用130种;中药使用频次超过75%的有炙甘草、萆薢、茯苓、车前子、泽泻;萆薢、茯苓、泽泻、车前子、延胡索、白芍、百合、炙甘草组成核心处方;中药关联规则中设置信度>90%,支持度>10%的二药关联、三药关联分别有8个、13个,如白芍-->赤芍、萆薢-->佩兰、萆薢-->茵陈、白芍-->赤芍,萆薢、萆薢-->佩兰,山慈菇等。结论:基于数据挖掘技术方法较好总结方朝晖教授重视祛湿化浊法,兼活血、宁神的中药治疗高尿酸血症的学术思想。
Objective:To summarize Professor Fang Zhaohui’s clinical experience in the treatment of hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:the general data and traditional Chinese medicine prescription information of hyperuricemia patients treated by Professor Fang Zhaohui were entered into the integrated clinical scientific research system,and the core drugs,association combination and use frequency of traditional Chinese medicine were observed by means of association rules and frequency analysis.Results:125 patients and their prescriptions were included.Male accounted for 83.2%and female accounted for 16.8%.The average age was 40 years old and 130 kinds of drugs were included;More than 75%of traditional Chinese medicines are roasted licorice,cassia root,Poria cocos,plantain seed and Alisma orientalis;The complex network diagram shows that the core prescription of 8 drugs is composed of roasted licorice,cassia root,Poria cocos,plantain seed,Alisma orientalis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,corydalis corydalis and Lily;In the association rules of traditional Chinese medicine,there are 8 and 13 two drug associations and three drug associations with reliability>90%and support>10%,respectively,such as white peony-->red peony,red peony-->Peilan,white peony-->Herba Artemisiae,white peony-->red peony,red peony,white peony-->Peilan,mountain arrowhead,etc.Conclusion:Based on data mining technology,it is better to summarize Professor Fang Zhaohui’s academic thought of paying attention to the method of removing dampness and turbidity,and the traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and calming nerves in the treatment of hyperuricemia.
