国家女子高尔夫球队选手全挥杆技术生物力学分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探究国家女子高尔夫球队选手全挥杆技术动作特点并提出优化建议。方法:使用K-vest无线生物反馈系统对国家女子高尔夫球队7名选手全挥杆技术动作进行分析。结果:1)在角速度峰值出现的时间特征方面,骨盆与球杆之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)、躯干与球杆之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05),但骨盆与躯干之间不具有显著性差异(P>0.05)。2)所有选手准备姿势时都存在偏离LPGA运动员范围的指标,不同球员间差异较大。3)上杆顶点时骨盆转动角有6名球员平均超出LPGA球员范围-2.7°~-14.7°,击球点时骨盆侧弯角有4名球员平均超出LPGA球员范围0.9°~5.0°。结论:1)多数选手骨盆、躯干、球杆转动启动顺序和角速度峰值出现时间顺序不合理,不利于运动员充分发挥肌肉力量和控制击球准确性。2)与LPGA球员相比,本研究中选手准备姿势不够规范,应控制在合理范围内。3)多数选手上杆顶点时存在骨盆向闭合方向的过度转动,不利于实现髋-肩分离。击球点时多数选手存在骨盆过度侧弯,会使腰椎承受过大的侧向压力,容易发生运动损伤。 Objective:To explore the characteristics and shortcomings of the full swing tech‐nique of the national female golf team players,in order to provide a theoretical reference for scientific training of improving swing technique and reducing injuries.Methods:The K-vest wireless biofeedback system was used to analyze the full swing technical movements of 7 na‐tional female golf players.Results:1)In the aspect of the time characteristic of the angular velocity peak time sequence,there was significant difference between pelvis and club(P<0.05),between trunk and club(P<0.05),but no significant difference between pelvis and trunk(P>0.05).2)The preparation posture of all players have partly deviated from the LP‐GA athlete range,and there were great differences between different players.3)At the top of the backswing,6 players’pelvic rotation angle was beyond the range of LPGA players by-2.7°~-14.7°on average,and at the moment of hitting the ball,4 players’pelvic lateral bending angle was beyond the range of LPGA players by 0.9°~5.0°on average.Conclu‐sions:1)Most players pelvis,trunk,club rotation start order and angular velocity peak time sequence was not reasonable,which was not conducive to athletes to give full play to muscle strength and control the accuracy of hitting the ball.2)Compared with the LPGA players,the preparation posture was not standardized enough,which should be controlled within a reason‐able range.3)Most players have excessive rotation of the pelvis toward the closing direction when they are on the top of the swing.which was not conducive to maximizing the hip-shoul‐der separation.When hitting the ball,most players have the problem of excessive lateral bending of the pelvis,which would make the lumbar spine bear excessive lateral pressure and prone to sports injuries.
