产教融合背景下广告媒介人才需求及高校培养策略

摘要 广告媒介产业是一个充满变化、挑战与活力的产业,而当前高校的广告媒介人才培养不能完全满足产业需求。搜集2021年广告媒介产业的用人需求,运用Python对其进行词频分析,结果发现:能力、经验与资源、性格与品格、形象气质等是人才需求的关键。在产教融合背景下,高校应该进一步明确培养目标、改革培养模式、完善培养内容、改革考核方式,从而提升教育质量,更好地为广告媒介产业输出人才。 Advertising media industry is an industry full of changes,challenges and vitality,and the cultivation of advertising media talents in colleges and universities cannot fully meet the needs of the industry.Collect the employment demands of the advertising media industry in 2021,using the Python to conduct text analysis on it,and find that ability,experience and resources,character,image,temperament and so on are the key to talent cultivation.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,colleges and universities should further clarify the training objectives,reform the training mode,perfect the training contents and reform the assessment methods,so as to improve the quality of education and better output talents for the advertising media industry.
