党“始终代表”与“从来不代表”的价值取向与方法路径研究

Research on the Value Orientation and Path of the CPC’s“Always Representative”and“Never Representative”

中国共产党是马克思主义政党,“始终代表最广大人民根本利益”,“从来不代表任何利益集团、任何权势团体、任何特权阶层的利益”。一百年来,中国共产党以人民利益至上的价值取向为引领,运用群众路线的工作方法,凭着不断增强的各项本领,通过四条基本路径,做到了“始终代表”与“从来不代表”,积累了成功经验,实现了党的第一个百年奋斗目标。在新征程上,我们要把党“始终代表”与“从来不代表”的百年经验总结好、运用好,积极应对党“始终代表”与“从来不代表”在思想上、心理上、代表主体上、利益主体上面临的新挑战,使党不断获得人民群众的认同与支持,带领人民继续奋斗,实现党的第二个百年奋斗目标,把我们国家建成社会主义现代化强国。

The CPC is a Marxist party,who has always represented the fundamental interests of all Chinese people,and never represented any individual interest group,power group,or privileged stratum.Over the past hundred years,the CPC has been guided by the value orientation of the supremacy of the people’s interests,used the working methods of the mass line,achieved“always representive”and“never representive”,accumulated successful experience and achieved the first centennial goal through four basic paths.On the new journey ahead,we should sum up and make good use of the experience of the“always representive”and“never representive”to respond the new challenges in ideology,psychology,representatives and interests.Therefore,the CPC can continue to gain the recognition and support of the people,lead the people to continue struggle,achieve the second centennary goal,and build China into a great modern socialist country.
