摘要
“两新”组织党建是中国共产党开展基层党建工作的重要组成部分。相对于中央、省域层面领导“两新”组织党建工作的宏观性,市域层面推进“两新”组织党建提质增效有着“属地领导”的独特优势。党建品牌化与非品牌化是市域层面推进“两新”组织党建提质增效的两种异质路径,从党选树典型的工作传统来看,前者更符合当前市域层面的实践选择。市域层面聚焦党建品牌化,以打造“两新”组织党建品牌来带动全市“两新”组织党建提质增效,需从“两新”组织党建品牌创建机制、党建品牌养护制度、党建品牌宣传渠道、党建品牌扩散机制等方面入手,有效实施“两新”组织党建“雁阵计划”,释放“由一到多”的“两新”组织党建品牌扩散效应和示范效应。
It is an important part of the CPC’s grass-roots party building of the“two new”organizations.Compared with the macro nature of leading the party building,it has the unique advantage of“territorial leadership”of the“two new”organizations at the municipal level.Party building branding and non branding are two heterogeneous paths to promote the quality and efficiency improvement.The former is much better in the current practical choice at the municipal level from the perspective of the typical work tradition of party election.At the municipal level,we should focus on the branding of party building and drive the quality and efficiency improvement of party building of“two new”organizations in the city by building the party building brand of“two new”organizations.We need to effectively implement the“wild goose array plan”of party building of“two new”organizations from the aspects of the party building brand creation mechanism of“two new”organizations,maintenance system,publicity channel and the party building brand diffusion mechanism.
