Progress in diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression

慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种常见病、多发病,常合并多个系统的并发症,其中焦虑、抑郁是容易被忽视的并发症,常得不到及时、有效治疗,从而延误病情,因此,临床需寻求有效、统一的治疗方案。文章对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并焦虑和/或抑郁的诊断及治疗方法进行综述,以期对临床治疗选择提供参考。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease,and it often has complications from multiple systems.Among them,anxiety and depression are complications that are easily overlooked and often fail to receive timely and effective treatment,which delays the disease.Therefore,the clinic needs to seek an effective and unified treatment plan.This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and/or depression,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment options.
