后疫情时期企业人力资源管理现状、模式及策略研究 被引量:10

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情自2019年底爆发以来,并没有彻底消失,而是不时出现变异病毒,并引起区域性反弹。在常态化疫情防控背景下,如何推进企业稳定复产达产,企业人力资源管理起着关键作用。本文采用两种调查研究方法,对防疫常态下企业人力资源管理现状特点和企业应对状况进行调查分析,并结合企业人力资源管理模型理论与发展,对防疫常态化下企业人力资源管理模式及效能进行实证分析,在此两项调查研究基础上,提出防疫常态化下企业人力资源管理策略建议,以推进企业可持续的高质量发展。 The Covid-19 has not completely disappeared since its outbreak in late 2019 with the viruses mutated and cases rebounding in some regions.In the context of regular epidemic prevention and control,human resources management in enterprises plays a key role in promoting the steady resumption of production and development in enterprises.In this paper,we used two research methods.Firstly,we made an analysis of surveys conducted which were based on structured questions and answers to investigate and analyze the characteristics of the current situation of human resources management and the responses from enterprises under the normal epidemic prevention and control situation.Secondly,we had an empirical analysis to investigate the human resources management models and their effectiveness under the same situation while combining theories of management models in human resources.On the basis of these two phases of studies,we put forward recommendations on human resources management strategies for enterprises in order to promote sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises.
