彩色多普勒超声在新生儿先天性心脏病检查中的应用效果

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Neonatal Congenital Heart Disease Screening

目的:探究彩色多普勒超声在新生儿先天性心脏病检查中的应用效果。方法:选择湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院自2018年1月至2020年1月收治的80例先天性心脏病新生儿作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患儿均行彩色多普勒超声检查,以临床综合检查结果为金标准,分析彩色多普勒超声的临床诊断价值。结果:经由彩色多普勒超声检查出78例,准确率为97.50%,漏诊率为2.50%,与临床综合检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论:彩色多普勒超声对新生儿先天性心脏病的检查准确率较高,可为早期疾病的预防和治疗提供依据。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of color Doppler echocardiography in neonatal congenital heart disease screening.Methods 80 newborns with congenital heart disease treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.Their clinical data were further retrospectively analyzed.All children underwent color Doppler echocardiography to analyze the clinical diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography.Results pathological diagnosis showed 11 cases of atrial septal defect,38 cases of ventricular septal defect,15 cases of patent ductus arteriosus,8 cases of complex congenital heart disease and 8 cases of tetralogy of Fallot;72 cases were screened by color Doppler echocardiography.The screening rate was 90.0%and the missed diagnosis rate was 10.0%.Compared with pathological diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the use of color Doppler echocardiography in neonatal congenital heart disease screening can improve the screening rate and accuracy,which is of great significance for early disease prevention and treatment.
