Objective To explore the interference value and adverse reactions of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the clinical application of Western medicine. Methods 100 patients with bacterial infectious diseases treated in Sihui people’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into simple randomization method, with 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with cefotaxime sodium and the observation group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium. The differences of treatment results between the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and leukocyte count(WBC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of platelet count(PLT)in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group P<0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium can effectively eliminate bacteria in patients with bacterial infectious diseases, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, safe and effective.
