颈椎病社区综合康复治疗研究

Research on Community Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy

目的:探讨颈椎病社区综合康复治疗的方式与效果。方法:选取佛山市禅城区人民医院向阳院区2017年2月至2019年10月期间收治的104例颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法进行随机分组,对照组和观察组各52例。对照组施以常规治疗,观察组施以常规治疗联合社区综合康复治疗,对患者的临床治疗效果情况、治疗前及治疗1个月后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分变化情况进行观察。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.16%,高于对照组的80.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,CASCS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎病社区综合康复治疗能够有效地缓解疼痛、改善不良症状。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of cervical spondylosis in the community.Methods A total of 104 patients with cervical spondylosis who were admitted to the Xiangyang District of the People’s Hospital of Chancheng District,Foshan City from February 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into groups with 52 cases in each case.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received conventional treatment combined with community comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The clinical treatment effect of patients,visual analogue scale(VAS)score before treatment and one month after treatment,clinical evaluation scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS)Observe the changes in the score.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.16%,which was higher than 80.77%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS)and clinical evaluation of cervical spondylopathy of the two groups before treatment Table(CASCS)score comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the CASCS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Community comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of cervical spondylosis has good clinical efficacy,and can effectively relieve pain and improve adverse symptoms.
