摘要 北方浓香酒企应以建成区域畅销品牌为出发点,进而谋求更加广泛的全国市场。面对长期不缺酒,长期缺好酒的局面,加之行业集中发展及产品同质化的现状,北方浓香酒企要依托理念创新和技术创新,以科学的经营管理、因地制宜的工艺管理、传统工艺上的大胆创新及走风格多样化的路径,实现差异化发展。 The northern strong aroma baijiu producers should aim for building regional best-selling brands as the starting point,and then seeking for broader national market.Under the current circumstances of abundance of Baijiu,but lack of fine baijiu,accompanied with the development of homogeneity of the baijiu industry and products,the northern strong aroma baijiu producers must achieve diversified development by promoting ideology and technology innovation,as well as scientific management strategy,production management adjusted to local environments,bold innovation on traditional techniques,and the development of diversified product styles.
