摘要
白酒生产过程中因生产周期长,质量变化不平衡等原因进行了系统的研究,研发出三步循环勾调工艺应用于白酒生产,极大的改善了白酒生产过程中存在的问题,该工艺具有简单、实用性强的特点。
Aimed at the long production period and unbalanced quality changes in the process of liquor making,a systematic study was carried out and a three-step cyclic blending process was developed to be applied to liquor production,which greatly improved the production process of liquor.The developed process is simple and practical.
