介绍机力通风冷却塔性能参数、工作原理和工作过程,对公用工程车间NH型冷却塔风机电机减速机驱动方式进行节能技改,利用回水余压驱动水轮机做功,达到节能目的。分析了节能效果,为今后生产提高能源利用效率提供思路。

This paper briefly introduces the working principle and working process of mechanical ventilation cooling tower performance parameters,The driving mode of NH type cooling tower fan motor reducer in utility workshop was modified to save energy,The purpose of energy saving is achieved by using the residual pressure of return water to drive the turbine。The energy-saving effect is analyzed in detail,It provides ideas for future production to improve energy utilization efficiency。
