石河子地区非小细胞肺癌PDL1表达水平与EGFR及临床相关参数的关系 被引量:1

Correlation Analysis of PDL1 Expression Level with EGFR and Clinical Parameters in non-small Cell Lung Cancer in Shihezi Area

摘要 目的:探讨石河子地区非小细胞肺癌PDL1表达水平与患者相关临床参数及EGFR、ALK、ROS1及Ki-67的相关性。方法:筛选出符合条件的肺癌患者38例,收集其临床资料并分析PDL1表达水平与患者相关临床参数及EGFR、ALK、ROS1、Ki-67之间的关系。结果:年龄小于60岁患者PDL1阳性率明显高于年龄大于60岁患者(78.6%vs 58.3%),男性PDL1阳性率明显高于女性患者(78.6%vs 58.3%),有吸烟史患者PDL1阳性率明显高于无吸烟者(72.2%vs 55.0%),有转移明显者PDL1阳性率高于无转移者(70.8%vs 50.0%),临床分期中Ⅲ+Ⅳ的患者PDL1阳性率明显高于临床分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ者(75.0%vs 66.7%),但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);EGFR突变型者PDL1阳性率明显低于野生型者(58.1%vs 100.0%),且EGFR突变型PDL1表达水平明显较高;ALK阴性患者PDL1阳性率明显低于阳性者(66.7%vs 80.0%),ROS1阴性患者PDL1阳性率高于阳性者(80.0%vs 60.7%),均无统计学差异(P>0.05);PDL1阳性患者Ki-67的表达水平明显高于与PDL1阴性患者Ki-67的水平,且两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:石河子地区非小细胞肺癌患者PDL1表达与Ki-67的表达水平存在一定的相关性,但与相关临床参数、EGFR、ALK及ROS1可能不存在相关性。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between PDL1 expression level and relevant clinical parameters of patients and EGFR ALK ROS1 in non-small cell lung cancer in Shihezi area.Methods:Thirty-eight eligible lung cancer patients were screened out,and their clinical data were collected to analyze the correlation between PDL1 expression level and relevant clinical parameters of the patients and EGFR,ALK,ROS1,Ki-67.Result:The positive rate of PDL1 in patients younger than 60 years was significantly higher than that in patients older than 60 years(78.6%vs 58.3%),and which in males was significantly higher than that in females(78.6%vs 58.3%).Smoking history was significantly higher than non-smoking PDL1 positive rate(72.2%vs 55.0%),The positive rate of PDL1 with metastasis was significantly higher than that without metastasis(70.8%vs 50%),and which in clinical stagingⅢ+Ⅳwas significantly higher thanⅠ+Ⅱ(75.0%vs 66.7%).But there were no statistical difference(P>0.05).While,The positive rate of PDL1 in EGFR mutant was significantly lower than that of wild type(58.1%vs 100%),and,the expression level of EGFR mutant PDL1 was significantly higher,At the same time ALK negative was significantly lower than that positive of PDL1 positive rate(66.7%vs 80%),ROS1 negative was higher than that positive of PDL1 positive rate(80.0%vs 60.7%),However,there were no statistical difference(P>0.05).While,the expression level of Ki-67 in PDL1 positive patients was significantly higher than that in PDL1 negative patients,and there was significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was a certain correlation between the expression level of PDL1 and Ki-67 in patients with NSCLC in Shihezi,but may not be correlated with the relevant clinical parameters,EGFR,ALK and ROS1.
