腰椎间盘突出症中西医治疗的研究进展

Recent Progress of Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:为腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的治疗方案选择提供科学的参考依据。方法:本文通过查阅近些年公开报道的国内外LDH治疗的相关文献后形成综述。结果:腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是临床常见的骨科疾病,主要症状有不同程度的疼痛和功能障碍,严重影响患者的工作和生活质量,同时也给患者家庭及社会造成一定程度的经济负担。目前,临床上治疗LDH手段多样,包括非手术治疗和手术治疗两大类。结论:两种治疗手段各有优势,如何选择最佳治疗方案是困扰临床的现实问题,联合多种治疗方式的运用有可能越来越广泛,可以最小的损伤取得最佳临床效果。

Objective:Objective to provide a scientific reference for the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:This study summarizes the research progress of LDH treatment at home and abroad,serving as reference for the treatment choice and rehabilitation process of LDH patients.Results:Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical orthopedic disease.Its main symptoms include varying degrees of dysfunction and pain,which seriously affect the patient's work and quality of life,and also cause a certain economic burden on the patient's family and the society.The means of LDH treatment are diverse,which can be divided into two categories,namely,non operative treatment and surgical treatment.Conclusion:Two kinds of treatment methods have their own advantages.How to choose the best treatment scheme is a practical problem that plagues clinical practice.The application of combined multiple treatment methods may be more and more widely,and achieve the best clinical effect with the least damage.
