摘要
人体经络是一套具有强大自我调节能力的系统,五脏六腑都通过经络紧密相连,相互影响,可以说,经络是人体的生命之河.肺是人体内的宰相,古已有“肺朝百脉”之说,肺是人体内外气体交换的场所,也是主宰统筹体内精气运行的重要脏器,不论是人体正常生命活动的维持,还是旺盛生命力的保持和生活质量的提高,都与肺的工作水平密切相关.因此,对肺经进行有针对性的体育锻炼,维持、改善并增强肺脏的生理机能,保持全身气血畅通,是强身健体和养生祛病的关键.
The human meridians are a set of systems with strong self-regulation ability.The five organs and six bowels are closely connected through the meridians,mutual influence.It can be said that the meridians are the human body's river of life.The lungs are the prime minister of the human body.The lungs are the place of gas exchange inside and outside the human body.They also dominate the body of the important organs of the operation of the essence.Whether it is the maintenance of normal life activities of the human body,or the maintenance of vitality and quality of life,they are closely related to the level of work of the lungs.Therefore,targeted physical exercise of the lung meridian,maintain,improve and enhance the physiological functions of the lung,to maintain the smooth flow of Qi and blood throughout the body,is the key to strengthening the body and health to eliminate disease.
