摘要
河西学院自2009年开展师范生援疆实习支教工作以来,已连续选派24批9714名实习生(截止2021年3月)赴新疆塔城等8地区16个县市的300多所中小学校开展援疆实习支教工作.援疆实习支教,既缓解了新疆民族地区基础教育师资结构性短缺的矛盾,又有效提升了学校人才培养质量.文章以河西学院师范生为调查对象,对其支教环境等问题开展调查研究,为河西学院人才培养和服务地方经济社会发展提供参考.
Since 2009,Hexi University has sent 24 batches of 9,714 teacher trainees(as of March 2021)to more than 300 primary and secondary schools in 16 counties and cities in 8 regions of Xinjiang,including Tacheng,to carry out teaching internships.The internship has not only alleviated the structural shortage of basic education teachers in ethnic areas of Xinjiang,but also effectively improved the quality of talent training in schools.The article takes the teacher-training students of Hexi College as the object of investigation,and conducts research on their teaching environment and other issues,so as to provide a reference for the talent training of Hexi College and serve the local economic and social development.
