摘要
《建筑工程概预算》是工程管理专业的核心课程,该课程设计是工科类专业重要的实践教学环节,对培养学生实践能力、实际工作效果具有明显影响.目前,BIM已成为建筑行业未来发展的重要技术,用人单位对毕业生BIM相关技术的要求越来越高.文章将BIM技术引入到实践教学,对课程设计的教学内容进行优化,重构实训质量保障体系.实践表明,课程设计质量保障体系,不仅加深了学生对于工程识图、工程量计算、工程计价、广联达软件操作的掌握和理解,而且明显提升了课程设计整体质量.
Construction Project Estimation is the core course of engineering management majors,and the design of this course is an important practical teaching link for engineering majors,which has obvious influence on cultivating students'practical ability and practical working effect.At present,BIM has become an important technology for the future development of the construction industry,and employers have higher and higher requirements for graduates'BIM-related skills.The article introduces BIM technology into practical teaching,optimizes the teaching content of course design,and reconstructs the quality assurance system of practical training.Practice shows that the quality assurance system of course design not only deepens students'mastery and understanding of engineering drawing,quanti ty calculation,project pricing and Guanglinda software operation,but also significantly improves the overall quality of course design.
