黄河流域城市群的高质量发展是黄河流域经济发展的重心,也是其现代化经济体系和参与国际竞争的主要载体。目前,黄河流域城市群呈现多中心发展模式,且资源型城市特征明显,形成了以资源型产业和传统制造业为主导的产业发展格局。但城市群发展仍存在生态环境脆弱、资源开采方式粗放、区域发展不协调、核心城市开放合作层次和辐射功能不足、创新能力弱、城市发展动力不足等制约因素。未来城市群应从生态环境、经济、社会3个层面出发,以生态保护为先导,以核心城市和都市圈建设为切入点,以交通基础设施为抓手,以创新驱动为动力,以社会和谐为宗旨,实现黄河流域城市群高质量发展。

The high-quality development of urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin has become the focus of economic development in the Yellow River Basin,and it is also one of the main carriers for realizing a modernized economic system and participating in international competition.At present,the urban agglomeration in the Yellow River Basin presents a multi-center development mode,and the characteristics of resource-based cities are very obvious,so it has formed an industrial development pattern dominated by resource-based industries and traditional manufacturing industries.However,the development of urban agglomerations is still affected by many restrictive factors,such as the fragility of ecological environment,the extensive exploitation of resources,the uncoordinated regional development,the lack of open cooperation level and radiation function of core cities,the weak innovation ability,and the lack of urban development power.Therefore,the future urban agglomerations should start from three levels of ecological environment,economy and society,take ecological protection as the main guide,take the construction of core cities and metropolitan areas as the breakthrough point,take transportation infrastructure as the starting point,take innovation as the driving force and take social harmony as the development purpose,thus realizing the high-quality development of urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin.
