上海乡村振兴政策梳理及推进对策

Policy Review and Promoting Countermeasures of Rural Revitalization in Shanghai

为全面实施乡村振兴战略,上海市制定了一系列促进乡村振兴方面的政策支持体系。在对上海市制定的乡村振兴相关政策进行梳理的基础上,分析了落实乡村振兴政策过程中的产业融合发展、乡村治理、农民生活条件、农民对乡村振兴的满意度等情况,指出了乡村振兴各项政策推进过程中存在的问题,并提出了落实上海市乡村振兴各项政策、推进上海市乡村振兴的对策建议。

Shanghai has formulated a series of policy support systems to promote rural revitalization,in order to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of sorting out the rural revitalization-related policies formulated by Shanghai government,the industrial integrated development,rural governance,farmers’living conditions,and farmers’satisfaction with rural revitalization in the process of implementing the rural revitalization policy were analyzed,the problems in implementing various policies of rural revitalization were pointed out,and the countermeasures and suggestions on implementing various policies of rural revitalization in Shanghai and promoting rural revitalization in Shanghai were put forward.
