数字经济背景下田园综合体运行机制研究

Research on the Operation Mechanism of Rural Complex under the Background of Digital Economy

作为新的经济形式,数字经济与实体经济深度融合,在保障消费和就业、推动复工复产等方面发挥了重要作用。当前中国农村经济面临农产品供需不平衡、农村经济不景气,农村空心化、农业边缘化严重、农村生态和环境问题突出等问题,在质量兴农背景下,2017年中央一号文件提出以农业产业为核心,整合"三农"资源,优化农村环境,构建"农业、文化、旅游"空间,大力发展田园综合体产业,实现乡村振兴战略。田园综合体运行模式有分享式场景经济、创新绿色农业观光、资源导向片区发展、乡土民俗文化带动等模式;数字经济是当前乡村振兴发展的新动能。基于此,可围绕农场农庄、规划设计、人才培训、数字平台、资本引入、打造体系、业态创新、品牌塑造等方面,通过数字技术推进平台基础化、高度数据化、决策智能化、环境影响最小化、营销网络化,构造一体化运行机制,推动田园综合体高质量发展。

As a new economy mode,digital economy is deeply integrated with the real economy,and plays an important role in ensuring consumption and employment,and promoting the resumption of work and production.At present,the rural economy is facing many problems,such as the imbalance of supply and demand of agricultural products,the depression of rural economy,the hollowing out of rural areas,the serious marginalization of agriculture,and the prominent ecological and environmental problems in rural areas.Under the background of promoting agriculture with quality,the No.1 central document of 2017 proposed to take the agricultural industry as the core,integrate the resources of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,optimize the rural environment,build the space of agriculture,culture and tourism,and vigorously develop the industry of pastoral complex and realize the strategy of rural revitalization.The operation modes of pastoral complex include sharing scene economy,innovative green agricultural tourism,resource oriented district development,and local folk culture driving.Digital economy is the new driving force for the current rural revitalization.Based on this,we can focus on farming,planning and design,personnel training,digital platform,capital introduction,system construction,business innovation,brand building and other aspects,promote the high-quality development of rural complex through digital technology improving the platform to be basic,highly data-based,intelligent decision-making,minimizing the environmental impact,and network marketing,and building an integrated operation mechanism.
