摘要 党的十九大提出要实现小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接。在分析新时代小农户发展对于农业现代化重要意义的基础上,阐明了智慧农业新型产业链生态圈的概念。依托"一村一品"工程,探讨兼容小农户发展的智慧农业新型产业链生态圈的建设可行性;结合乡村振兴、精准扶贫战略和典型产业链经营模式,提出了兼容小农户发展的智慧农业新型经营模式;通过分析典型案例,论证该种模式对打赢精准扶贫攻坚战、实现小农户现代化的重要意义与价值。 The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to realize the organic combination of the development of small farmers and modern agriculture.Based on analyzing the significance of the development of small farmers in the new era for agricultural modernization,the concept of the new industrial chain ecosystem of intelligent agriculture was clarified.Based on the project of"one village,one product",the feasibility of building a new type of intelligent agricultural industry chain ecosystem was discussed,which is suitable for the development of small farmers.Combined with the rural revitalization strategy,targeted poverty alleviation strategy and typical industrial chain management mode,a new intelligent agricultural management mode suitable for the development of small farmers was put forward.Through the analysis of typical cases,the significance and value of the model for winning the targeted poverty alleviation and realizing the modernization of small farmers were demonstrated.
