Dilemma and Development Prospects of Agricultural Socialized Information Services from the Perspective of Communication

中国农业实现现代化,新型农业社会化服务体系的建设是保证。近年来中国学者针对农业社会化服务从体系建设、体制建设、创新模式等宏观层面进行了研究,而新型农业社会化服务体系微观层面的研究,如信息服务具体该怎样进行却鲜有关注。在从传播学视角分析新型农业社会化服务体系建设过程中信息服务存在的困境的基础上,研判了新型农业社会化服务体系信息服务的发展前景,即基于云平台技术搭建"全省一张网",为农业社会化提供权威、及时、专业的农业服务信息。

The construction of new agricultural socialization service system is the guarantee for the realization of China’s agriculture modernization.In recent years,Chinese scholars have studied the socialized agricultural service from the macro level of system construction,mechanism construction and innovation mode,but the micro level of the new socialized agricultural service system,such as how to carry out information service,has rarely paid attention to.Based on analyzing the new construction in the process of socialization service system of agricultural information service existence dilemma from the perspective of communication,the prospects of the development of socialization service system of new agricultural information service were forecasted,that is,based on the cloud platform technology to build"the province a net",provide authoritative,timely,professional agricultural service information for the socialization of agriculture.
