“一带一路”背景下福建省茶叶供应链发展研究

Research on the Development of Tea Supply Chain in Fujian Province under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

茶叶自古以来是中国对外贸易的重要标签,其贸易过程也是中华文化的对外传播过程。茶叶是福建的重要产业,21世纪"一带一路"倡议的提出给福建茶产业转型升级带来重要的机遇与挑战,研究该背景下福建省茶叶供应链发展对于提升福建茶叶竞争力具有重要意义。从"一带一路"茶叶贸易视角,通过文献等归纳梳理了福建省茶叶供应链模式,并阐明产前、种植、加工、流通和销售环节的参与角色、运作现况及关键问题;与同为茶叶外贸大省的浙江省展开对比,剖析二者在出口现状、商流、信息流、物流及资金流的特点及差异。最后,提出通过调整出口结构、深化文旅融合、加强信息技术建设、推动技术赋能农业物流、多措施强化惠农金融全面改革等促进福建省茶叶供应链发展的策略。

Tea has been an important label of China’s foreign trade since ancient times,and the trading process is also the course of external dissemination of Chinese culture.Tea is an important industry in Fujian.The Belt and Road initiative in the 21 st century has brought important opportunities and challenges to the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry in Fujian.Research on the development of the tea supply chain in Fujian under this background is significant for enhancing Fujian tea’s competitiveness.From the perspective of the Belt and Road tea trading,the tea supply chain model in Fujian province were summarized and sorted out through past literatures,and the participating roles,operational status and key issues of pre-production,planting,manufacturing,circulation and sales were clarified.Comparing with Zhejiang province,Fujian is also a major province of foreign tea trading,the characteristics and differences between the two provinces were analyzed in terms of export status,business flow,information flow,logistics and capital flow.Finally,the development strategies of tea supply chain in Fujian province were put forward,such as adjusting export structure,deepening cultural and tourism integration,strengthening information technology construction,promoting technology-enabled agricultural logistics,and strengthening the comprehensive reform of agricultural finance through multiple measures.
