基于水生态系统服务价值分析的舟山市海绵城市建设研究

摘要 为科学开发利用和保护舟山市水资源,进一步促进舟山市海绵城市建设,文章通过建立评价指标体系,从社会经济服务和自然生态服务2个方面,计算2000-2017年舟山市水生态系统服务价值;综合运用Pearson相关性分析法和灰色关联分析法,研究舟山市水生态系统服务价值的影响因素;在此基础上,提出发展建议。研究结果表明:舟山市水生态系统服务价值的平均值为102.81亿元,呈现波动增长趋势,其中社会经济服务价值逐年递增;水生态系统服务价值以地表水调蓄价值和文化服务价值为主,其中文化服务价值的增长趋势最显著且增幅最大;水生态系统服务价值与城镇化率、废水排放量、供水量、年降水量、产水系数以及水利、环境和公共设施投资额呈显著正相关,与地面硬化率呈显著负相关,与年均温度的相关关系不强;未来应进一步发挥水生态系统文化服务的作用,加强对水生态系统服务新类型的认知和开发,同时以主要影响因素为重点关注领域,精准做好海绵城市建设工作,改善区域水生态环境整体状况。 In order to scientifically develop,utilize and protect the water resources of Zhoushan City and further promote the construction of“sponge city”,an evaluation index system was established in this paper from both socio-economic services and natural ecological services aspects to calculate the water ecosystem service value in Zhoushan City from 2000 to 2017.Through the comprehensive analysis of Pearson correlation and gray correlation,the influence of relevant factors on regional water ecosystem service value in Zhoushan City was studied,and on this basis,the development suggestions were proposed.The results showed that the average value of water ecosystem services in Zhoushan City was 10.281 billion yuan,showing a fluctuating growth trend,among which the value of socio-economic services was increasing annually,and the total value of water ecosystem services was dominated by the values of surface water storage and cultural services,the value of cultural services had the most obvious growing trends and the largest increase.The water ecosystem service value had a significant positive correlation with urbanization rate,total wastewater discharge,total water supply,annual precipitation,water production coefficient and investment in water conservancy,environment and public facilities,but had a significant negative correlation with hardening rate,and had no strong correlation with annual average temperature.In the future,the role of cultural services of the water ecosystem should be further brought into play,and the awareness and development of new types of water ecosystem services be strengthened,the main influencing factors be focused on simultaneously to complete the construction of“sponge city”accurately and the overall condition of the regional water ecological environment be improved.
