摘要
设计了一种可调式扎带间歇进给装置,实现包装生产中不同扎带长度的快速调节,解决扎带间歇进给过程中易出现剪裁长度不均、牵引力不足、剪裁长度不一、扎带破损及安装调试困难等问题。可调式扎带间歇进给装置具有结构简单合理,装配调试轻松,操作和使用方便,完全满足用户对扎带均匀且等长剪裁的要求。
An adjustable tape intermittent feeding device was designed to realize the rapid adjustment of different tape lengths in packaging production,and solve the problems such as uneven cutting length,insufficient traction force,uneven cutting length,damage of the tape and difficulties in installation and debugging during the intermittent feeding of the tape.Adjustable tape intermittent feeding device has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure,easy assembly and debugging,convenient operation and use,and can fully meet the requirements of users for uniform and equal length cutting of tape.
