摘要
目的研究大学生心理健康教育中情绪干预理论的应用效果。方法回顾性选取高校大学生100例,依据心理健康教育方法分为情绪干预理论组、常规心理干预组,各50例,统计分析两组大学生的心理健康状况、抑郁情绪、心理状态、满意度。结果情绪干预理论组患者干预后较干预前的UPI评分、EPQ问卷中精神质、内外向、情绪稳定性、掩饰倾向评分降低幅度均显著高于常规心理干预组(P<0.05);情绪干预理论组患者干预后较干预前的ATQ评分、BDI评分降低幅度均显著高于常规心理干预组(P<0.05);情绪干预理论组患者干预后较干预前的SCL-90量表中强迫症状、躯体症状、精神病性、抑郁焦虑、恐惧、敌对、偏执、人际关系敏感比例降低幅度均显著高于常规心理干预组(P<0.05)。结论大学生心理健康教育中情绪干预理论的应用效果较常规心理干预好。
Objective To study the effect of emotion intervention theory in mental health education of college students.Methods 100 college students were selected retrospectively.According to the method of mental health education,they were divided into two groups:emotional intervention theory group and routine psychological intervention group,50 cases each.Results The scores of mental quality,internal and external orientation,emotional stability and concealment tendency in the EPQ questionnaire were significantly lower than those in the routine psychological intervention group(P<0.05).The ATQ score and BDI score in the emotional intervention theory group were significantly lower than those in the routine psychological intervention group(P<0.05).The decrease of forced symptoms,somatic symptoms,psychosis,depression anxiety,fear,hostility,paranoia and interpersonal sensitivity in the SCL-90 scale before intervention was significantly higher than that in the conventional psychological intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of emotional intervention theory in mental health education of college students is better than that of conventional psychological intervention.
