pN0期非小细胞肺癌VEGF、Ki-67、P53表达与淋巴结微转移相关性分析 被引量:4

Correlation analysis of VEGF,Ki-67,P53 expression and lymph node micrometastasis in pN0 stage non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨pN0期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、Ki-67、P53表达与淋巴结微转移相关性。方法回顾性选取2019年6月至2020年5月河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的pN0期NSCLC患者80例作为研究组;另选择同期手术治疗的非肺癌(肺良性病变)患者80例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法测定取肺癌组织与肺良性病变组织标VEGF、Ki-67、P53蛋白表达。比较肺癌组织与肺良性病变组织VEGF、Ki-67、P53蛋白阳性表达率,不同病理特征VEGF、Ki-67、P53蛋白阳性表达率及VEGF阳性表达、Ki-67阳性表达、P53阳性表达与淋巴结微转移相关性。结果研究组VEGF、Ki-67、P53阳性表达率为61.25%、67.50%、70.00%,高于对照组(16.25%、12.50%、20.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄、体重指数和肿瘤直径VEGF、Ki-67、P53阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);淋巴结微转移VEGF、Ki-67、P53阳性表达率分别为85.71%、90.48%、95.24%,均高于无淋巴结微转移(52.54%、59.32%、61.02%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF阳性表达、Ki-67阳性表达、P53阳性表达与淋巴结微转移呈正相关(r=0.724,0.798,0.846,P<0.05)。结论PN0期NSCLC患者VEGF、Ki-67、P53表达率较高,且与淋巴结微转移密切相关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),Ki-67,P53 and lymph node micrometastasis in patients with pN0 stage non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods From June 2019 to May 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University,80 patients with pN0 stage NSCLC were retrospectively selected as the study group;80 patients with non-lung cancer(benign lung lesions)who were surgically treated during the same period were selected as the control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 protein in lung cancer tissues and benign lung lesions.The positive expression rate of VEGF,Ki-67,P53 protein in lung cancer tissue and lung benign lesion tissue,the positive expression rate of VEGF,Ki-67,P53 protein in different pathological characteristics,and the positive expression of VEGF,Ki-67,and P53 correlation of lymph node micrometastasis were compared.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 in the study group were 61.25%,67.50%,and 70.00%,which were higher than those in the control group(16.25%,12.50%,20.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of VEGF,Ki-67 and P53 in different gender,age,body mass index and tumor diameter(P>0.05);the positive expression rates of VEGF,Ki-67,and P53 in lymph node micrometastasis were 85.71%,90.48%,and 95.24%,respectively,which were higher than those without lymph node micrometastasis(52.54%,59.32%,61.02%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression of VEGF,Ki-67,and P53 were positively correlated with lymph node micrometastasis(r=0.724,0.798,0.846,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression rates of VEGF,Ki-67,and P53 in patients with pN0 stage NSCLC are higher,and they are closely related to lymph node micrometastasis.
