摘要 热化学反应法制备复合陶瓷涂层因其工艺简单、成本低廉特别适用于大面积应用,与锅炉管道的高温防护相契合,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了热化学反应法制备陶瓷涂层的工艺特点和研究现状,分析了热化学反应法中陶瓷骨料配比、粘结剂改性和分散剂等方面对热化学反应法复合陶瓷涂层的性能影响。最后展望了热化学反应法陶瓷涂层在锅炉高温腐蚀防护上的实际应用的问题和研究方向。 The composite ceramic coating by thermo-chemical reaction has a wide application prospect because of its simple technology and low cost,especially suitable for large area application,which is compatible with the high temperature protection of boiler pipes.This paper summarizes the technological characteristics and research status of ceramic coating by thermochemical reaction,and analyzes the influence of the proportion of ceramic aggregate,modification of agglomerant and dispersant on the performance of composite ceramic coating by thermochemical reaction.Finally,the practical application of thermochemical reaction ceramic coating in boiler high temperature corrosion protection is discussed.
