摘要
β-羟乙基肼是合成抗菌药呋喃唑酮的中间体,也用作燃料油的稳定剂和植物生长调节剂等,可通过水合肼和环氧乙烷进行反应制得。基于间歇式反应所得产物纯度低、杂质难以控制等缺点,本文采用工业化连续化反应装置,生产出的β-羟乙基肼纯度超过99.0%的,收率达98.0%以上。相比间歇式反应装置,收率和纯度有较大提升,产生的三废更少。
β-Hydroxyethyl hydrazine is the intermediate of furazolidone,which is also used as fuel oil stabilizer and plant growth regulator.It can be prepared by the reaction of hydrazine hydrate and ethylene oxide.Based on the disadvantages of low purity and difficult to control impurities in batch reaction,the industrial continuous reaction device was used to produce theβ-hydroxyethyl hydrazine and the purity of is over 99.0%and the yield is over 98.0%.Compared with the batch reactor,the yield and purity are greatly improved,and the three wastes are less.
