基于发展性评价的高校教师教学评价体系构建 被引量:7

摘要 发展性教师评价是以促进教师个体发展为目的的教师教学综合评价过程。本研究采用深度访谈的方法和扎根理论研究技术,对12名高校教师进行访谈,构建了基于发展性评价的大学教师教学评价体系。结果表明:教师素养、教学期待、教学支持、教学能力是基于发展性评价的高校教师教学评价体系模型四个维度。教师素养是基础,教学期待是内在因素,教学支持是外在因素,教学能力是核心指标。高校应确立以师为本的治校理念,构建基于发展性评价的高校教师教学评价体系,促进教师能力发展与教学质量提高。 The developmental evaluation of teacher teaching is a comprehensive evaluation process of teachers’teaching aimed at promoting teachers’individual development.This research uses in-depth interview and Grounded Theory to interview 12 university teachers,and constructs a developmental evaluation-based university teacher teaching evaluation system.Results show that teachers’quality,teaching expectation,teaching support and teaching ability are the four dimensions of university teachers’teaching evaluation system model.Teachers’quality is the foundation,teaching expectation is the internal factor,teaching support is the external factor,and teaching ability is the core index.Therefore,colleges and universities should establish the concept of teacher-centered school management,construct a developmental evaluation-based teaching evaluation system for college teachers,so as to promote the improvement of teaching quality and the development of teachers’ability.
