辅导员队伍建设事关一所高校立德树人的质量和水平,是开创学生工作新局面的决胜关键,所以必须充分认识辅导员队伍建设的重要意义,将辅导员队伍建设摆在高校推进立德树人实践的重要环节来抓。根据和总结中国民用航空飞行学院近年来辅导员队伍建设的实践经验,从完善辅导员队伍建设顶层设计、增强政策倾斜和资源配置力度、加强履职能力和专业素质建设、加强专业精神和思想作风建设等方面探索加强辅导员队伍专业化建设的实现路径。

Counselor team construction is related to the quality of higher education and is the key to creating a new situation in student work.Therefore,it is necessary to fully understand its significance and put the construction of counselor team as an important link of building morality and cultivating talents.Based on the experience of Civil Aviation Flight University of China,this paper explores the realization path from the aspects of perfecting top-level design,increasing policy preference and resource allocation,enhancing the ability to perform duties and the construction of professional quality,and strengthening professionalism and ideological construction.
