新形势下地方医科院校学位点评估体系的探索——以广西医科大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 在“双一流”建设背景下,广西医科大学作为一所少数民族地区省属地方医科类院校,多维度多视角地深入开展学位点自我评估体系的探索与实践,通过建设有效的信息化系统,制定科学的指导性评估指标要素,制定科学规范的自我评估工作程序,让院系成为学位点评估工作的主体,将学位点自评结果与学校资源分配机制相结合。逐步构建起一套基于内生驱动下的、适合自身区域的学位点评估体系,以完善高校人才培养质量的保障体系,从而为区域发展战略、关键领域和社会需求提供高层次人才保障。 Under the background of“double first-class”construction,Guangxi Medical University,as a provincial medical college,has carried out in-depth exploration and practice of the degree self-evaluation system in a multi-dimensional and multi-perspective manner.By building an effective information system,formulating scientific guidance evaluation index elements,and making scientific and standardized self-evaluation procedures,colleges and departments become the main body of the degree evaluation,combing the degree self-evaluation results with the school resource allocation mechanism.A set of degree evaluation system based on endogenous drive and suitable for its own region would be gradually established,so as to improve the guarantee system of the quality of college talent training and provide high-level talent guarantee for regional development strategy,key areas and social needs.
