摘要
以构思、设计、实施和运行为核心环节的CDIO模式代表了工程教育的系统性改革。广东药科大学生物制药专业根据专业特色,在实践教育和创新创业教育中开展了系列CDIO模式改革。包括建立基于课程群的“跨课程综合性实验”培养系统集成能力;通过导师制《专业拓展训练》强化创新思维培养,结合创新创业竞赛塑造构思与设计能力;建立基于生物医药企业孵化器的“3+1”协同育人模式,让学生在企业中了解项目实施、运行过程,并通过优化重组核心课程群,建立多环节、多角度的教学质量监控体系,保障CDIO模式改革的顺利实施。
The CDIO model,with conceiving,designing,implementing and operating as its core links,represents a systematic reform of engineering education.According to the characteristics of biopharmaceuticals,a series of reform based on CDIO were conducted in practical education and mass entrepreneurship and innovation in Guangdong Pharmaceutical University.Cross-courses comprehensive experiments were set up to cultivate system integration capability.Professional development training guided by tutor was designed to strengthen innovation ability,and the capabilities of conceiving and designing were developed by the mass entrepreneurship and innovation competitions.The“3 years+1year”cooperative education model based on bio-pharmaceutical enterprise incubator was established to make students understand the implementation and operation process in enterprises.The core curriculum group was reorganized and to establish a multi-link and multi-level teaching quality controlling system,so as to ensure the implementation of CDIO-based reform,which has achieved good results.
