摘要
《关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》(以下简称《建议》)中明确提出,“健全学校家庭社会协同育人机制,提升教师教书育人能力素质,增强学生文明素养、社会责任意识、实践本领,重视青少年身体素质和心理健康教育”。“三全育人”背景下提出班级育人团队建设实践,旨在充分集结学校、家庭、社会各方教育力量,共同搭建协同育人的有效运行机制和资源网络平台,把青年大学生培养成全面建设社会主义现代化国家的有用之才。
The“Proposal for Formulating the 14th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for 2035”(hereinafter referred to as the“Proposal”)clearly states that“we should improve the mechanism of family-society cooperation in school education,improve the quality of teachers’teaching and educating ability,enhance the students’civilized quality,sense of social responsibility and practical ability,and attach importance to the education of teenagers’physical quality and mental health.”.Under the background of“three whole education”,this paper puts forward the construction practice of class education team,aiming at fully integrating the educational forces of schools,families and society,and jointly building an effective operation mechanism and resource network platform for collaborative education,to train college students to become talents for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.
