Discussion on Further Standardized Management of International Students Motivated by the Epidemic

留学生教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,管理工作是留学生教育的重要保障,针对新型冠状肺炎疫情下留学生教育管理过程中暴露出的问题,有必要对其进一步规范化的管理方案进行探索。首先对疫情时期留学生教育管理过程中遇到的主要问题进行了分析。基于对这些实际案例的梳理和深入思考,对留学生教育管理工作中学生的组织和师生交流形式、学生信息录入的冗余性、教育教学文件网络访问的便利性和共享性等方面提出了相应的建议,为提升疫情等突发情况下留学生教育质量提供参考。

International students are an important part of higher education and the management of international students is an important guarantee of international students’education.In view of the problems existing in the education and management of international students under the COVID-19 epidemic,it is necessary to explore its further standardized management scheme.First,the main problems encountered in the education and management of international students during the epidemic are analyzed.Based on combing and in-depth thinking of these actual cases,some suggestions are proposed for the education and management of international students from such aspects as the form of student organization and teacher-student communication,the redundancy of student information and the convenience and sharing of network access of educational and teaching documents,which provides some reference for improving the education quality of international students in emergencies such as the epidemic.
