摘要
为了定量研究影响煤层气产能可控因素中的主控因素,采用了Pearson相关性分析和灰色关联度分析相结合的方法,结合X区块实际生产数据,从统计的22个可控因素中筛选出13个相关性较大的影响因素,包括钻完井因素中的建井周期、完井井深、见气套压等因素,并从这些因素中去分析产能主控因素。并应用多元回归模型建立了平均日产气量与这13个影响因素的标准化回归方程,根据方程中各因素系数的大小寻出主控因素。结果表明:建井周期是影响煤层气产能的主控因素,其次是见气套压、排采排量和钻井液粘度。
In order to do quantitative research on the main controllable factors which influence CBM well productivity,the paper combines the methods of Pearson correlation analysis and grey correlation analysis,with the help of practical production data of X block,the study screens 13 greater correlation influence factors from 22 controllable factors.In drilling and completion factors,the influencing factor are well construction period,completion well depth,gas casing pressure and so on.By analyzing these main influencing factors,the paper establishes standardized regression equation between the average daily gas output and the 13 influencing factors by using multiple regression model,and the main controllable factors are found out according to the coefficients of each factor in the equation.The results show that well construction period is the main controllable factor of CBM productivity,followed by gas casing pressure,drainage displacement and drilling fluid viscosity.
