面向“承德国家可持续发展议程创新示范区”语言服务的外语教学改革新思路

Foreign Language Teaching Reform for Language Service of“Chengde National Sustainable Development Agenda Innovation Demonstration Zone”

新时代对外语人才的需求已经从单一型转向复合型,尤其是与国家战略相结合的外语教学改革,已成为新时代发展的客观需求。目前的外语教育注重基础教育,忽视了人文教育和专业教育,其人才培养模式无法满足语言服务行业需求。依据“一带一路”以及“2030年可持续发展议程”外语教学改革建议,以可持续发展目标和“承德国家可持续发展议程创新示范区”提出的若干举措为导向,以为“承德国家可持续发展议程创新示范区”提供语言服务为目标,对公共外语和专业外语提出富有人文性和专业性外语教学改革建议。

The demand for foreign language talents in the new era has shifted from single type to complex one.In particular,the foreign language teaching reform combined with national strategies has become an objective demand for the development of the new era.Current foreign language education focuses on basic education,ignoring humanistic education and professional education,and its talent training model cannot meet the needs of language service industry.Drawing on the“Belt and Road”and the“2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”foreign language teaching reform proposals,guided by the Sustainable Development Goals and several initiatives proposed by the“Chengde National Sustainable Development Agenda Innovation Demonstration Zone”,as well as aiming to provide language services for“Chengde National Sustainable Development Agenda Innovation Demonstration Zone”,this article puts forward humanistic and professional foreign language teaching reform suggestions for public foreign language teaching and professional foreign language teaching.
