摘要
本文针对多电机驱动器常见的过流现象设计了一种过流保护系统,驱动器逆变路为三相主桥臂,其上功率管的通断信号采用IR2110芯片输出,利用电压比较器LM393通过比较输入电压与设定值的大小,再输出高低电平,最后利用SD引脚的高电平封锁信号输出功能实现过流保护,同时,电流信号通过康铜丝采样电阻采样后送往单片机进行软件过流保护,从而增加了多用电机驱动器系统安全性与可靠性。
In this paper,an overcurrent protection system is designed for the common overcurrent phenomenon of multi-motor drivers,the drive inverter is a three-phase main bridge arm,the on-off signal of the upper power tube is IR2110 chip output,and the voltage comparator LM393 is used to compare the input voltage with the set value Size,then output high and low level,and finally use the high level blocking signal output function of the SD pin for overcurrent protection,while the current signal is sampled by the copper wire sampling resistance and sent to the microcontroller for software overcurrent protection,thus increasing the safety and reliability of multi-use motor driver system.
