摘要
组织韧性可以帮助正处于动荡环境之中的企业迅速识别机遇、判断威胁,最终促进企业基业长青。为了更清晰、更全面地探究组织韧性的因果关系,在梳理国际化战略、组织韧性、环境不确定性这三个核心概念的基础之上,聚焦于跨国企业的组织韧性,以三一重工作为研究案例,以国际化战略作为切入点,以环境不确定性作为落脚点,探究跨国公司组织韧性的前置因素和经济后果。研究结果表明:在前置因素方面,国际化战略与组织韧性是相依相生的关系,国际化战略所带来的知识和资源可以用来开发新的惯例或调整旧的惯例,从而帮助跨国公司提高组织韧性;在经济后果方面,组织韧性强的企业可以在变幻莫测的市场环境中转危为安,这是因为组织韧性强的企业同时具有先进的组织技术和丰富的组织网络,可以有效抵御来自产品和服务方面的不确定性。
Organizational resilience can help companies in turbulent environments quickly identify opportunities,determine threats,and ultimately contribute to the longevity of the business.In order to understand organizational resilience more clearly and comprehensively,this paper focuses on the organizational resilience of multinational corporations,taking SANY as a research case,the internationalization strategy as the starting point and environmental uncertainty as the foothold,and explores the pre-factors and economic consequences of organizational resilience of multinational corporations.The results of the study show that:In terms of pre-factors,the internationalization strategy and organizational resilience are mutually dependent,and the knowledge and resources brought by the internationalization strategy can be used to develop new practices or adjust old ones,thus helping multinational companies to improve their organizational resilience.In terms of economic consequences,organizations that are resilient can turn around in unpredictable market environments because they have both advanced organizational technologies and rich organizational networks that can effectively withstand uncertainties in their products and services.
