摘要
综合社会认知理论和信息系统深度使用理论,以航运业为研究对象,提出物联网参与度、二元感知和商业模式创新之间关系的理论假设,利用206家航运相关企业的样本数据进行实证分析。结果发现:物联网参与度对二元感知的正向感知、商业模式创新有显著的正向影响,对二元感知的负向感知有显著抵制作用;二元感知的正向感知对商业模式创新是显著的正向作用,二元感知的负向感知对商业模式创新是微弱的负向作用。物联网参与度决定不同主体的物联网感知结果,进而影响相关主体通过物联网进行商业模式创新的意愿。
Combining social cognitive theory and the depth usage of information system,and taking the shipping industry as an example,this paper puts forward the hypotheses of the relationship among IOT participation,the dual perception and business model innovation.Empirical analysisis conducted based on the sample data from 206 shipping enterprises.The results show that the IOT participation has significant positive impact on positive one of binary perception and business model innovation,and has significant negative effect on negative one of binary perception.While negative perception has a weak negative correlation with business model innovation,positive perception has significant positive correlation with business model innovation.IOT participation determines IOT application level of shipping enterprises,and then affects the dualistic perception of shipping business on IOT and ultimately the business model innovation behavior of shipping industry.
