Integrated Construction Technology of Protection of Construction Hoist and Channel Flap for High-rise Residential Building

结合广州某大型住宅项目实例,对双笼施工升降机因受条件限制而改装成翻板门的施工工艺进行分析。施工升降机是高层房屋建筑施工主要的垂直运输机械,其使用效率和安全是工程管理的重点,实践证明,该设计方案有效解决了施工工期、施工成本等多种问题,且能保证施工安全及工程质量,其研究成果对施工升降机的推广应用具有重要意义。

Based on an example of a large-scale residential project in Guangzhou,this article analyzes the construction technology of a double-cage construction hoist that is converted into a flap door due to conditions.The construction hoist is the main vertical transportation machine for construction of high-rise buildings.Its efficiency and safe use are key points of project management.Practice has proved that the design scheme effectively solves multiple problems such as construction period and construction cost.It can ensure construction safety and project quality,and its research results are of great significance to promotion and application of construction elevators.
