摘要
介绍了落地式单层网壳施工的关键技术,采用计算机BIM技术确定了施工定位坐标,采用适当的焊接方法和顺序解决了隐蔽焊缝难以施焊的问题,同时采用计算机仿真技术等软件进行单层网壳施工阶段力学分析,解决了单层网壳因平面刚度薄弱易失稳等问题。同时,利用其自身结构特点,采用较合理的措施,确保了施工质量与安全,大幅提高工作效率。
The key technology of floor-standing single-layer reticulated shell construction is introduced,and computer BIM technology is used to determine the construction location coordinates,and appropriate welding methods and sequences are used to solve the problem of difficult welding of concealed welds,and computer simulation technology and other software is used to carry out the mechanical analysis on the single-layer reticulated shell in the construction stage and solve the problems of the single-layer reticulated shell being easy to lose stability due to its weak plane rigidity.At the same time,it uses its own structural characteristics and adopts more reasonable measures to ensure construction quality and safety,and greatly improve work efficiency.
