复杂地质下穿鱼塘长距离污水管顶管技术分析

摘要 靠近本案例厂区段顶管地质环境复杂,地面有鱼塘,靠近练江,地下水丰富,顶管位置地层主要为淤泥层或中粗砂层,局部段层有微风化花岗岩岩层及孤石,且整段均从鱼塘底下穿过,对顶管施工的安全和质量有极大影响,施工风险大及要求高,通过对复杂地质条件下穿鱼塘长距离污水主干管顶管及孤石处理技术分析,防止了顶管对鱼塘产生破坏,确保污水主干管的顶管施工质量,进而确保了项目工程质量。 Due to the complex geological environment of the pipe jacking near the plant,the current ground is fish ponds,near the Lianjiang River,and the groundwater is abundant.The pipe jacking position is mainly composed of silt layer or medium-coarse sand layer,and there are slightly weathered granite rocks and boulder in some sections.The whole section passes through the bottom of the fish pond,which has a great impact on safety and quality of pipe jacking construction.The construction has high risk and strict requirements.The analysis on the fish pond long-distance sewage main pipe jacking under complex geological conditions and boulder treatment technology is carried out to prevent the pipe jacking from causing damage to the fish pond,ensuring quality of the pipe jacking construction of the main sewage pipe,thereby ensuring quality of the project.
