摘要
旅游产业具有受外部因素影响较大的特征,旅游企业作为这一产业的主体,应更加重视如何实现对于可控制的内部要素的最佳利用,人力资源即是重中之重。运用DEA(数据包络分析)方法,通过DEAP2.1软件计算得到样本上市企业的有关效率值,从而对旅游上市企业的人力资源效率进行探讨。DEA已较多地运用于人力资源效率分析,将其运用于旅游上市企业的分析中,可以总结出目前人力资源总体效率的特征,以及规模效率和纯技术效率之间的关系。
Tourism industry is greatly influenced by external factors.Tourism enterprises,as the main body of this industry,should pay more attention to how to realize the optimal utilization of internal elements that can be controlled,and human resources is the top priority.Using DEA model,DEAP2.1 software was used to calculate the related efficiency value of the sample listed enterprises,so as to discuss the human resource efficiency of the tourism listed enterprises.DEA has been widely used in the analysis of human resource efficiency.When DEA is applied to the analysis of listed tourism enterprises,the current characteristics of the overall efficiency of human resources and the relationship between scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency can be summarized.
