摘要
为了提高电力工井巡检效率及操作人员的安全性,电力工井勘察工作开展前的井内气体检测显得尤为重要。针对传统电力工井探测装置存在的环境适应性差、防水性能差等问题,研制一种拔插式电力工井气体检测装置,将气体感知模块与气体显示模块分离,气体检测模块采用插拔式设计,同时在杆体与下安装座之间安装橡胶密封圈,防止部分积水渗入到杆体内部。为了验证研制的电力工井气体检测装置的防水性及检测效率,对装置进行试用与测试,结果表明拔插式气体检测装置灵敏度高,可操作性强,对电力电缆、井下作业等气体检测具有较大的实用价值和推广意义。
In order to improve the inspection efficiency of electric power wells and the safety of operators,the gas detection in the wells before the electric power well survey work become particularly important.Aiming at the problems of poor environmental adaptability and poor waterproof performance of traditional electric power well detection devices,a pluggable power well gas detection device is developed.The gas detection device proposed separates the gas sensing module from the gas display module.The gas detection module adopts a pluggable design.At the same time,a rubber sealing ring is installed between the rod body and the lower mounting seat to prevent part of the water from penetrating into the rod body.In order to verify the water resistance and detection efficiency of the gas detection device developed,the device is tried and tested.The results show that the pluggable gas detection device proposed has high sensitivity and strong operability.Gas detection has great practical value and promotion significance for gas physical examination of power cable and underground operation.
